- Share clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
Once verified by our team, we will proceed with either:
- Sending a replacement product, or
- Issuing store credit (as per your preference)
2. Return Policy
If a customer has a valid complaint regarding the product, they may request a return.
- All return requests are subject to verification by our team
- The product must be in original condition with packaging
- Once approved, the parcel will be returned to us
3. Refund Policy

However, after a successful return and verification, we provide:
