  • Share clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Once verified by our team, we will proceed with either:

  • Sending a replacement product, or
  • Issuing store credit (as per your preference)

2. Return Policy

If a customer has a valid complaint regarding the product, they may request a return.

  • All return requests are subject to verification by our team
  • The product must be in original condition with packaging
  • Once approved, the parcel will be returned to us

3. Refund Policy

We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.

However, after a successful return and verification, we provide:

This credit can be used as a discount on your next order
